PROBLEM
Chili's is not a romantic destination (rated #4 on a list of worst first date spots!).
IDEA
Create a reality dating show to prove how romantic Chili's and their home state of Texas can be...but there's a twist. The cast thinks they are going to Paris, France instead of Paris, Texas.
